Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when creating or updating an account, such as your name and email address. We also store learning activity—including roadmap enrollments, completed steps, bookmarks, XP, streaks, certificates, and preferences—and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service. If you sign in with an OAuth provider, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us.

We use your information to create and secure accounts, authenticate sign-ins, personalize your experience, save and display learning progress, provide AI and platform features, issue eligible certificates, respond to support requests, and improve XirfadHub Roadmap. We may send transactional account, security, progress, and service emails, as well as updates you have chosen to receive.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to maintain secure sessions, remember settings such as language or theme, prevent abuse, and keep the service working. Browser or device controls may let you restrict cookies, but disabling essential cookies can prevent sign-in and other account features from functioning.

We rely on trusted providers to operate parts of the service. Google and GitHub may process information when you use their OAuth sign-in options, and Resend may process your email address and message delivery data when we send email. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and learning information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain legitimate records. Retention periods vary by data type. We may keep anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information, or request a portable copy. You can also unsubscribe from optional marketing emails. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
