By accessing or using XirfadHub Roadmap, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Learner, instructor, and administrator roles have different permissions; you may use only the access granted to your role. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or its users.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, access accounts or data without permission, scrape or copy content at scale, distribute malware, evade usage limits, use automated systems in a harmful way, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing activity.

Roadmaps, resources, AI responses, quizzes, and other educational material are provided for general learning purposes. Content may be updated, removed, or reorganized as technology and curricula change. Links to third-party resources do not imply that we control or endorse their availability, accuracy, or practices.

Progress indicators, XP, streaks, assessments, and certificates reflect activity within XirfadHub Roadmap. They are not accredited academic credentials and do not guarantee employment, admission, professional licensing, mastery, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for evaluating learning material and meeting any external requirements.

XirfadHub Roadmap, its branding, software, interface, and original content are owned by Horn Tech Solution or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended learning purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all content will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Horn Tech Solution and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on learning content or third-party services.

We may update the platform and these terms as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post revised terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use XirfadHub Roadmap after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
